The Star of Promise is finished. A Term in Paris is finished. Neither of them is in a bookshop yet, and there is no honest way to dress that up, so here is the truth instead.
A book takes a long while to get from the last full stop to a shelf, and this one is on its way. When it arrives, the people who told the Admissions Office where to write will hear about it first, and they will hear about it before anyone.
In the meantime the beginning is here, whole, and it costs nothing, and it asks you for nothing at all.
